• Research or critical investigation aimed at producing new scientific or technical knowledge
• Product or process development or improvements

Ignite

Another example of support available in Northern Ireland is the Ignite programme.

The ignite programme offers funding, office space and a programme with additional support for new start up business and existing technology companies who wish to scale their business.

Each of the Ignite programmes is tailored to suit each specific business, the programmes include workshops which give insights into different key areas. “Founder Firesides” talks from experts who have founded their own companies, giving tips and tricks on what to do and what not to do! This programme also offers Mentorship, these mentors will help guide you through your Ignite journey while sharing your experience and giving you feedback.
